Burundi Gahahe

This coffee comes to us from a washing station named Gahahe ("ga-hah-hey") in the growing region of Kayanza, Burundi. Coffee farms in this region have access to mineral-rich volcanic soil, which contributes to a strong and robust crop. 

While Gahahe is naturally processed, it has an incredibly clean and complex flavor profile, with layers of fruit and a soft chocolate finish.
