Story
The washing station from which this comes from is named Horizon Supreme. Owned and operated by Fidel Ndagijima, the washing station is located in the hills of southern Rwanda, where the combination of high altitude and good rains give some of the highest quality coffees from the country. Fidele originally purchased the wet mill from an owner who had failed to operate it and was not able to process coffee for many years. After purchasing in 2018, Fidel put in the long hours to get it up and running again. With proper equipment and using his experience from managing washing stations in western Rwanda, Fidel was able to elevate the coffees of southern Rwanda to a remarkable level. The name 'Horizon' reflects his vision of processing quality coffee and growing his volume year over year, always looking toward the horizon.
