Yes. You must have an ferriscoffee.com account in order to earn points. Signing up for an account is easy and free. Make sure you are always logged into your account to earn and redeem points. Rewards are not tracked if you check out as a guest.
Yes. If you are a previous customer with us or a new customer, you'll need to sign up for the rewards program. Make sure you rewards email matches your ferriscoffee.com account email.
The Ferris Online Roast Rewards program is for customers that have accounts at ferriscoffee.com with a valid email address. Wholesale accounts are not eligible.
Simply click the rewards icon in the lower right corner on our website. This launches the rewards app where you can sign up to begin earning! As a thank you, receive 400 reward points after signing up! Click here to login or register a new account.
No. All rewards will be available on your online account.
Unfortunately at this time, multiple discounts cannot be stacked. Only one code can be applied to the cart at one time. We suggest using whichever discount gets you more bang for your buck!

Redeeming your points is easy! If you are on the cart page you need to click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
If you choose to you redeem your points, you must use all eligible points at time of purchase. You cannot choose to apply a specific number of points. Any unredeemed points at time of purchase will remain banked in your account.
Please Note: points cannot be used to cover shipping costs at anytime.
• 500 points = $5 off
• 1000 points = $10 off
• 1500 points = $15 off
• 2500 points = $25 off

Yes, customers will not earn points for sales tax, shipping costs, or purchase of gift cards.
Redeem your points at ferriscoffee.com. Points cannot be redeemed at Ferris' cafés or retail stores.
Points are issued when the gift card is used to make a purchase, not when the gift card is initially purchased. This is done to prevent points from being awarded twice during the gift card purchase process.
At the moment, our cafés are not participating in this program. Points are earned and redeemed only through making online purchases only. Purchases made at Ferris cafés, retail stores or over the phone are not included in the Roast Rewards program
Nope! Your points will always be in your account, ready to redeem!
If you return an item, any points you earned will be deducted from your account. Any points used in the purchase of that item will be restored to your account.
No, points and discounts cannot be used to cover shipping costs or sales tax at any time.

Looking for a way to get a mega discount for both you and your friends? When you refer your friends and family to shop with Ferris, you'll receive a $25-off coupon once they place their first order!
Note: The friend does not need to create an account, nor use the friend reward that they redeemed in order to complete the referral. They would just have to make a purchase!
If a customer has checked out as a guest before, or entered their email in any capacity they will not be able to use the referral link (as they will already have an email associated with their name) and will therefore not be eligible.

Customer A will sign into their Roast Rewards account at ferriscoffe.com. Scroll down to the unique rewards URL link to share. Easily share via Facebook, Twitter, or email.

When customer B receives the URL, they will be directed to ferriscoffee.com and prompted to enter their email. Customer B will then click the "Claim your gift" button.
step 3
A unique code will be displayed for Customer B to use on their first purchase. When Customer B places that order, Customer A will receive their points in their account.
