We currently ship to addresses within the continental U.S. (lower 48 states). At this time, we’re unable to ship to Canada, international destinations, or P.O. boxes.
Yes! For shipments going to multiple addresses, we require that you use our provided Multiple Address Template Form that we will provide you.
Full payment is required before shipping. Please verify your shipping address, as any carrier re-delivery fees due to incorrect addresses will be the customer’s responsibility.
Yes — custom boxes are available for orders of 25 or more. Please reach out to gifting@ferriscoffee.com with order details.
Yes — you can add your own card to your order or you can purchase one of our pre-printed cards and add a custom message for $1.50.
Orders usually ship within 2–3 weeks, unless a scheduled delivery date is requested. During the holidays, please allow extra time. Orders of 25+ must be placed by November 21st for guaranteed delivery by December 25.
