Experiment with light and dark roasts! Iced Coffee works great for bright, acidic coffees. We suggest our Huye Mountain or Burundi Kinyovu. Both are from Africa and yield great acidity and flavors! Cold Brew Coffee will be smooth, fully bodied, and heavy. We used Brazil Primavera in this recipe but check out our new limited seasonal Cold Brew Blend.
