In the heart of the coffee land, where the green of the landscapes, the blue of the desires and the aroma of the softest coffees in the world intermingle, is the Manizales Coffee Growers Cooperative. Founded in 1960, it now has more than 3,600 associated coffee grower. The vast majority of coffee producers are located in the center and east of the department of Caldas and work on small farms. The Manizales Coffee Growers Cooperative guarantees an optimal service to coffee growers in the commercialization of coffee, establishing strategies and alliances that ensure an efficient market, preserving the quality of the grain. To be more competitive and at the forefront of the industry, important certifications have been achieved that allow them to offer specialty coffees to the world, with sustainable certification seals.
