Yes. Ferris can ship to multiple recipients throughout the lower 48 states. Customers must provide a complete physical address for every recipient, and P.O. Boxes are not accepted.

Yes. Download the provided recipient template, add each recipient’s name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code, then upload the completed Excel or CSV file. The form flags missing information and formatting issues so corrections can be made before submission.

Yes. Ferris can print and insert one shared message for every recipient or coordinate different messages for individual recipients. Customers may also provide their own physical cards for Ferris to include.

Orders submitted after October 15 are still accepted. However, the complimentary Ferris-printed greeting card offer ends October 15, and printed cards are approximately $5 per gift after that date.

Ferris will review your request and confirm pricing, shipping costs, payment requirements, and invoicing details before finalizing the order.

Place your order as early as possible. Most orders ship within two to three weeks, but additional processing and transit time may be required during the holiday season.

Ferris can continue accepting orders throughout the season, subject to availability and delivery timing. Orders of more than 25 gifts placed after November 21 cannot be guaranteed for delivery by December 25.
