We want you to be happy with your Ferris purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, food and beverage items are generally not eligible for return. If you received an incorrect item, your order arrived damaged, or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review your request.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Please do not send products back without contacting us first, as return shipping may not be necessary.

Warm Weather Shipping

Chocolate and other meltable products are shipped with warm-weather protection during the summer months. While we take precautions to help prevent melting, we cannot guarantee products will arrive unmelted during periods of extreme heat. By purchasing meltable products, customers acknowledge and accept this risk.

If your order arrives with damage beyond normal melting, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so our team can review your request.

Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Orders

If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Our team will work with you to make it right.
