Weird taste that worsened with time
"We've tried multiple brands of canned cold brew and were very excited for the combo of nitro, unsweetened, and single origin/low caffeine. That combination of factors had us super excited to try Ferris. The single origin was great the first couple of days, but I'm sad to say the low caffeine cans have a horrid after taste. My spouse described it as metallic, but that doesn't quite encompass it. To me it was a sourness. We noticed every time we opened one that taste actually got worse, and it even started affecting the single origin cans. We trashed the last few outright, which I feel bad about. :( Our guess is it's something in the lining of their cans. I've had mediocre canned cold brew, but never something with this bizarre aftertaste that worsened with time. It's a real shame, because my first single origin can was just lovely."
