"Q-Grading" is a term used a lot in the specialty coffee world, so what is it exactly? Today we're going to break down what it's about, how people become certified, and the significance of what it all means. The board game revolution is exploding and Grand Rapids, Michigan is lucky enough to have a locally-owned gaming lounge conveniently located downtown. House Rules Board Game Lounge opened in December 2020 and offers a fun environment for all ages. With hundreds of games to play and purchase, every visit to the Lounge is sure to be a new adventure!

Customer Highlight: Frosty Boy
In Grand Rapids, the local ice cream parlor is a cherished past time. Likely a corner shop that, for decades, has been serving neighborhood kids (and adults) their favorite indulgent treat: ice cream. Over the years some shops renovate, some hold onto the nostalgia, and most expand their menus; accommodating dietary restrictions, serving locally made goods, and looking for the next big thing. For Frosty Boy, Ferris' Nitro Cold Brew was that *new* special item they were looking for.

We are rounding the final corner on our brand overhaul here at Ferris Coffee & Nut Co. It all started with re-imagining our logo and followed with packaging updates. The sleek, newly designed products now share a cohesive look and feel to them.
